5 - Self-Exclusion

If you feel you can no longer control your gambling, self-exclude immediately via your account dashboard or by contacting [email protected].

How it works

Self-exclusion can be applied to casino games, the sportsbook, or both. Available durations: 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or permanently.

• Your account is blocked for the selected activity for the full duration
• The exclusion cannot be reversed or shortened for any reason during the period
• We will detect and close any new accounts you attempt to open
• You will be removed from all marketing communications immediately
• You may withdraw any remaining balance by contacting support

After your exclusion

Defined-period exclusions do not reactivate automatically — they are subject to an internal review. For permanent exclusions, your account remains closed. An indefinite exclusion has a minimum period of 6 months before any review.

Your responsibilities

By self-excluding, you agree not to attempt to deposit, wager, or open new accounts during your exclusion. If you succeed in opening a new account during self-exclusion, we retain discretion to void any wagers placed and retain any winnings. Losses incurred will not be refunded.

We strongly recommend also seeking exclusion from all other gambling operators you use and installing blocking software such as BetBlocker or GamBlock.
