11 - Affiliate Terms

These Affiliate Terms govern participation in the Housebets Affiliate Program operated by Bridge Technologies B.V. By participating, you agree to these Terms together with the main Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Services & commission

Affiliates refer users to housebets.com using unique referral links. Commission is based on the wagering activity of referred users at a rate communicated in writing by Housebets. Commission rates may be amended at any time. Self-referral is strictly prohibited and results in forfeiture of all earnings and may lead to account closure. Full terms at housebets.com/referral.

Standards — you must not

• Use misleading, deceptive, or unethical marketing
• Target minors or users in Prohibited Jurisdictions
• Promote VPN use to access the platform
• Use Housebets branding without prior written approval
• Register your own account using your Referral Link
• Impersonate Housebets or imply you are authorised to act on its behalf
• Bid on Housebets branded search keywords
• Imply gambling is a career, guaranteed income, or method to recover losses
• Target or include minors in any content

Payment & withholding

Housebets may withhold or reduce payments where brand keyword bidding is identified, incentivised traffic was used without approval, match betting or casino system abuse is detected, or any breach of these Terms is confirmed.

Term & termination

You may terminate with 14 days' written notice. Housebets may terminate immediately without cause. On termination, all referral links must be removed, all use of Housebets IP must cease, and no further payment accrues.

Governing law

The Affiliate Agreement is governed by the laws of Curaçao. Exclusive jurisdiction vests in the courts of Curaçao.
