This is the Privacy Policy of Bridge Technologies B.V. ("Housebets"). Protecting your personal data is important to us.

Data we collect

At registration: name, email, date of birth, address, and phone number. During use: IP address and browser type; device information; betting, payment, and transaction history; support correspondence. For AML/KYC: wallet addresses, on-chain data, and identity documents processed via Sumsub and other compliance providers.

How we use your data

To fulfil our contract with you; comply with legal obligations (including AML/CFT regulations and the LOK); operate KYC processes; prevent fraud; improve the platform; and, where consented, send marketing communications.

Data retention

We retain your data while you are a customer and for the minimum period required by applicable law after account closure. You can request deletion at [email protected] — we may be unable to comply if subject to legal retention obligations.

Data sharing

We share data with: Sumsub and other KYC/AML providers; blockchain analytics providers; third-party payment service providers; and regulatory authorities or law enforcement when required. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
