A withdrawal can be rejected for several reasons. Here are the most common causes:
1. Email confirmation not completed or expired
Every withdrawal requires you to confirm it via a link sent to your email. If you did not click the link, or if the link expired, the withdrawal will be rejected. Simply submit a new withdrawal request.
2. Incorrect wallet address
If the wallet address you entered is invalid or incompatible with the selected network, the withdrawal cannot be processed. Always double-check the address and network before confirming.
3. Insufficient balance after network fee
The total amount you have available must cover both the withdrawal amount and the network fee. If it does not, the transaction will be rejected.
4. Bonus wagering requirements not met
If you have an active bonus, you may need to complete wagering requirements before you can withdraw. Check the Bonuses section of your account to see any active requirements.
5. KYC verification required
Your cumulative withdrawals may have reached the verification threshold (€2,000). In this case, you need to complete identity verification before further withdrawals are approved.
6. Security hold
In rare cases, a withdrawal may be flagged by our security system. You will be contacted by email with instructions if this is the case.
What to do next
