After submitting a withdrawal, Housebets sends a confirmation email to the address registered on your account. You must click the link in this email to authorize the withdrawal.
If you haven’t received it, follow these steps:
1. Check your spam or junk folder
Confirmation emails are sometimes filtered by email clients. Search for an email from Housebets ([email protected] or [email protected]) in your spam folder.
2. Allow a few minutes
Email delivery can occasionally be delayed. Wait 5–10 minutes before taking further action.
3. Verify your email address
Make sure the email address on your Housebets account is correct and accessible. You can check this in Account Settings → Personal Info.
4. Request a new confirmation email
Go to your Transaction History, find the pending withdrawal, and look for an option to resend the confirmation email. If this option is not available, contact support.
5. Check if the link has expired
Confirmation links may expire after a certain period. If the link has expired, cancel the withdrawal and submit a new one.
