Requirements for all ID documents
- Must be a valid, government-issued original document — no photocopies or images of copies
- Must clearly show your full name, photo, and ID number
- Must not be expired
- The name on the ID must exactly match the name on your Housebets account
Accepted proof of address documents (choose one)
- Utility bill (electricity, gas, water, internet)
- Bank or credit card statement
- Official government letter
- Rental or mortgage agreement
Requirements for proof of address
- Must show your full name and current residential address
- Must be dated within the last 3 months
- Must be in photo or PDF format
- The name must match your ID document exactly
- Proof of address in a family member's name is not accepted
