Check the file format and size
We accept JPEG, PNG, and PDF files up to 8 MB. If your file is larger, compress it using a free online tool before uploading.
Try a different browser
Some browser extensions or security settings can block file uploads. Try Chrome or Safari with extensions disabled, or use a private/incognito window.
Try a different device
If you're on desktop and having trouble, switch to your mobile using the QR code option on the Veriff page. Mobile cameras often produce better results anyway.
Clear browser data
Cached data can sometimes interfere with uploads. Clear your browser's cookies and cache, then restart and try again.
Check your internet connection
A slow or unstable connection can cause uploads to time out. Switch to a stronger Wi-Fi connection or mobile data and try again.

If none of the above resolves the issue, contact our live support team. Do not email your documents — documents submitted via chat or email are not processed and won't count toward your verification.
Important: Never submit sensitive documents via chat. Always use the secure Verification tab in your account settings.
