Steps
- Log in to your Housebets account.
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
- Go to Account Settings.
- Select the Verification tab.
Your current verification level will be shown here, along with any pending actions or document requests.
What the status labels mean
- Not verified — no documents submitted yet. You can still play and make small withdrawals.
- Pending — documents have been submitted and are under review.
- Temporarily approved — your verification is being processed. Withdrawals may proceed while we finalise the review.
- Verified — you're fully verified. No further action needed.
For Enhanced verification, a video call can be requested to confirm customer's identity.
Note: If your status shows 'Pending' for more than 24 hours, contact our support team via live chat and we'll look into it right away.
