For AML/KYC: wallet addresses, on-chain data, and identity documents processed via Sumsub and other compliance providers.
To fulfil our contract with you; comply with legal obligations (including AML/CFT regulations and the LOK); operate KYC processes; prevent fraud; improve the platform; and, where consented, send marketing communications.
We retain your data while you are a customer and for the minimum period required by applicable law after account closure. You can request deletion at [email protected] — we may be unable to comply if subject to legal retention obligations.
