Typical timeframes
- Automated review: Most submissions are assessed within minutes by Sumsub's automated system.
- Manual review: If your documents require human review, this can take up to 24 hours.
- Enhanced checks: If we need additional documentation, the review may take longer. We'll contact you by email with specific timelines.
What status will I see while it's being reviewed?
After submitting, your account will show Temporarily Approved. This means we've received your documents and they're being reviewed. Your account continues to function normally during this period.
