Documents submitted via live chat or email cannot be processed and will not count toward your verification.
Why?
For your security, all identity documents must go through our encrypted verification system, powered by Sumsub. Submitting documents outside of this system means they are not reviewed, not stored securely, and do not update your verification status.
Where to submit your documents
All verification documents must be submitted through the Verification tab in your Housebets account:
- Log in to your account
- Click your profile icon → Account Settings → Verification
- Click Verify your identity and follow the flow
What if I'm asked to send documents via chat?
Our support agents will never ask you to send ID or proof of address via live chat, email, or any messaging channel. If you receive such a request, do not send your documents and report it to us immediately.
Important: Your documents contain sensitive personal information. Always submit them through the secure, encrypted verification portal — never anywhere else.
