Verification protects you
Verification protects you. It's as simple as that. Housebets is built on the principles of trust, honesty, and fairness. Part of honouring those principles means ensuring that the person withdrawing funds is the same person who created the account.
Reasons you may be asked to verify
- Your total withdrawals have reached or exceeded the verification threshold.
- Our compliance system has detected a pattern that requires review — such as unusual transaction activity or multiple account indicators.
- You've requested a large one-time withdrawal.
- Our AML (Anti-Money Laundering) filters have flagged your account for a routine check.
- You've been asked to reverify because your documents have expired or your personal details have changed.
What happens if I don't verify?
If you're asked to verify and don't complete it, your withdrawal may be held pending and your account activity may be restricted until the process is finished. We'll always let you know exactly what's needed via email.
Note: Being asked to verify is not an accusation. It's a routine step that protects every player on the platform.
