Housebets uses a tiered approach to verification. You won't always need to complete every level — it depends on your activity and withdrawal history.
Basic level — play without documents
When you first register, you can deposit and place bets without submitting any identification. This is the default state for all new accounts.
Standard verification — identity check
Once triggered, you'll need to submit:
- A government-issued photo ID (front and back) — passport, national ID card, or driver's licence
- A selfie or liveness check to confirm you're the person in the document
- A recent proof of address — dated within the last 3 months
Enhanced verification — additional checks
In some cases — particularly for very large withdrawals or flagged accounts — we may also request:
- Proof of source of funds (e.g. bank statement, payslip, or similar)
- Source of wealth documentation
- Updated documents if your previously submitted ones have expired
Note: Once you're fully verified, there are no withdrawal caps or additional document requests for standard withdrawals.
