Self-Exclusion
Learn how to take a break from gambling
Self-exclusion is for players who want to take a break from gambling. It lets you temporarily or permanently disable your account. This is especially helpful if you feel you're struggling to manage your betting behaviour.
How to Activate
- Go to the Self-Exclusion page in your account settings
- Choose your exclusion period
- Confirm your selection
Once confirmed, self-exclusion takes effect immediately.
The period you choose cannot be changed or cancelled once activated.
What Happens During Self-Exclusion
- Your account is blocked from all gambling and betting activities
- You cannot deposit, wager, or access games
- Any remaining funds will be returned to you
- Active bets will be settled based on final results
- You will lose any rewards or promotions during the exclusion period
Circumvention Policy
If you self-exclude, you self-exclude. We take this seriously.
If you attempt to circumvent your self-exclusion by:
- Opening a new account
- Using someone else's account
- Any other method to bypass the restriction
And we have evidence of this:
- Your account will be permanently closed
- Any winnings will be forfeited
- Forfeited funds will be donated to a responsible gambling charity
This policy exists to protect you. Self-exclusion is a commitment to yourself, and we enforce it strictly.

Our Responsibility
Housebets may also choose to self-exclude an account if we believe it's necessary for the customer's safety. We actively monitor for signs of problem gambling and may intervene when needed.
