What to do if you think your bet was settled incorrectly
All bets are settled based on the official source provider. We aim to settle all bets correctly and as soon as possible, but if you think your bet was incorrectly settled, take note of your Ticket ID number and the link to the result source and let our Customer Support Team know via chat or via emailing at [email protected]. We will be happy to help!
