How do I check my current verification level?

Steps

1. Log in to your Housebets account.
2. Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
3. Go to Account Settings.
4. Select the Verification tab.

Your current verification level will be shown here, along with any pending actions or document requests.

What the status labels mean

• Not verified — no documents submitted yet. You can still play and make small withdrawals.
• Pending — documents have been submitted and are under review.
• Temporarily approved — your verification is being processed. Withdrawals may proceed while we finalise the review.
• Verified — you're fully verified. No further action needed.

For Enhanced verification, a video call can be requested to confirm customer's identity.

Note: If your status shows 'Pending' for more than 24 hours, contact our support team via live chat and we'll look into it right away.
